The Dachshund Walking Harness | PUPPY

Dachshunds have a peculiar body shape featuring a deep, narrow chest, often accompanied by a pronounced breast bone. Ordinary walking harness designs fail to take this into consideration, causing them to be rather ill-fitting and uncomfortable.

Dachshunds are notorious for following their noses and pulling on their leads. The use of a collar may cause excess strain to the neck and exacerbate spinal problems.

The Dachshund Walking Harness is a product designed and hand crafted in Tasmania by a dachshund parent who knows his dog's needs. With the strain distributed over a large area around the chest rather than the neck, a harness has a clear advantage over a collar.
