- Hand crafted items offered for sale on this website are made in Australia from selected materials

- Photographs form part of the description and are of the actual items for sale, or of a similar sample
- All items are sold with a limited warranty
- Faulty items may be returned for replacement or refund
Shipping
- All items up to 20 kg are shipped using services provided by Australia Post
- Item prices DO NOT include shipping cost
- Proof of postage will be obtained at the time of dispatch
- Tracking details will be provided to the customer
- International shipments may take longer than the carrier’s published delivery times
Freight
Items weighing more than 20 kg, such as sewing machines, can be shipped by freight courier within Australia. Please contact us for a quote.
Local pick up
Items may be collected in person from Launceston, Tasmania, by appointment only.
Payment options
Payment may be made by PayPal, EFT or cash on delivery when collecting in person.
